Steve Kareta
- Vocals & guitars
The founder of the group, he's been the
captain of the ship for well over 20 years now. He looks and sounds amazingly like Jimmy, and mimics Buffett's casual
"story-teller" style with ease, with the relaxed
singer/songwriter style that Jimmy Buffett was so famous for. He
spends his free time on his boat, aptly named "Tequila Inspiration", cruising around
the waters of Narragansett Bay and Long Island Sound.

Meet the amazing cast of characters that make
up the "Changes In Latitudes / Latitude Adjustment Dancing Ensemble"
The group of incredible musicians that make up the band changes
(pun intended) from year to year, month to month, sometimes even show to show.
After over 20-plus years of making music together, we've amassed quite a
large pool of talent to draw upon. It really has become one large,
extended family. And, like any family, you never know who, or how
many, of this crazy family will show up at your party.

Erin Wallace
- Vocals
Joining Changes In Latitudes in the summer of 2024, Erin brings her considerable theatrical
and choreographic background to the stage of our rolling beach party.
She has performed, directed, and produced shows at the Majestic Theater
and the Monson Summer Theatre, amongst others. She also fronts the
5-piece rock band
"Wicked
Biscuit", which you can see playing around the Western Mass music scene.

Carol Devine
- Vocals
Kicking off her Changes In Latitudes debut in January 2025, Carol has been leading bands with her exuberant energy for decades - singing everything from classic rock, Motown, and soul, to blues, disco, country,
and standards. She fronts the 7-piece, Western MA horn band
"Carol Devine and the Mighty Fine".
When she’s not singing, she’s dancing at concerts, traveling the world, and watching sunsets at her favorite beaches.

Geoff Wadhams
- Keyboards, Pedal Steel Guitar & Vocals
Geoff is an amazing multi-instrumentalist.
He's
has been playing the
"Dead-Head" circuit with some of the region's best Grateful Dead cover bands,
and spent years honing his craft with the Motown Review’s "Yesterday, Today And Forever" band, The Stingrays, Johnny Vibrato & The Razorbacks, The Mayocks, and most recently the Grateful Dead tribute band Shakedown. He’s appeared onstage with Max Creek, the late Clarence Gatemouth Brown, and Blues Traveler.

Gary Osborn
- Bass Guitar
Gary brings a diverse musical palette to our
already crazy-colorful tropical painting. From his country roots in
"Nashville Drive" to the Celtic leanings of "Spellbinder", and the
classic rock vibe of "Owl Creek", he's excited to share those styles
with his
new-found Parrothead friends. He's into antiques, photography, and
world travel , going as far as Egypt, where he could combine all
three!!!

Dan Rice
- Steel Pan Drums & Keyboards
Dan wears two hats in the group, playing both steel
pan drums and keyboards. When he is not playing pans with "Changes In
Latitudes", Dan has his own band
"Gravity", along with fellow
"Changes In Latitudes" member Austin Hills. In addition to his musical
endeavors, Dan also has his own brand of Spiced
Honey Spirits called "Quiver". Find out more about that
HERE.

 |
Austin Hills
- Guitars & Vocals
Austin joined the group just before our crazy
2024 summer season kicked off. Playing electric guitars, he is
likely one of the best guitar players in the region. When he is not playing with "Changes In
Latitudes", Austin and Changes band-mate Dan are performing in their
band
"Gravity", as
well as playing and recording with the bluegrass band
"Free Range Humans". He's a very busy man.

Jay DeNigris -
Acoustic Guitars
& Ukulele
Jay also came to our rolling beach party by way
of the group
"Collective Difference".
He is a sound-tech and DJ in his own right. Onstage, he plays
acoustic 6 and 12 string guitars, and even the ukulele. In his "spare"
time, Jay assembles electric guitars and is in charge of "Changes In
Latitudes"
merchandising.

Scott Ciprari
- Drum Kit
Scott has been time-keeper for the group for quite some time now. He studied music education in college, and is
the founder of
SJC Drums,
building custom drums kits for groups like "Green Day", "Imagine
Dragons" and "Twenty One Pilots", and even the kit he uses with the band. In his spare time
(what's that?!?) , he enjoys woodworking
and building custom furniture.

 |
Rob Dauphinais
- Drum Kit
Rob joined the group in late 2021, just in time
to make our winter Florida run. Nice way to get to know everyone,
for sure. He comes to Changes with some serious tribute-band
experience, being the drummer for the national Neil Diamond tribute show "The
Diamond Collection" for over 20 years. It sure seems like he's
really liking the "Island Vibe" now.

 |
Mike Paglione
- Saxophones
Mike performed with "Changes In Latitudes" for
several seasons before getting "The Call" to go on tour with none other
than the Glenn Miller Orchestra. After seeing the world
with them, he's back and in great form, playing a wide variety of wind instruments, including
tenor, alto, and soprano saxophones, along with flute and clarinet. We've got some swinging
Dixieland chops going on now! He also has a soft spot for Kona Coffee....

 |
Jon Berman
- Saxophone
Sharing the horn duties with "Pags", Jon's
musical pedigree runs the gamut, performing with groups like Barefoot Truth, The Sweet Remains, Jackson Wetherbee of the Elovaters, Stephen Kellogg,
John Frinzi, and even Aaron Lewis of Staind. A singer-songwriter
in his own right, Jon is often performing solo shows throughout New
England. Check him out
HERE. He and Steve even collaborated on a surprise #4 iTunes easy listening hit, "Corona in My Coffee Cup"! Jon can be often found pursuing his second passion on the ice playing hockey.
|
 |
Eric Blackwelder
- Percussion
Jumping onboard at the end of 2023, Eric brings his great
"beach vibe" to the group. He is both an avid surfer and skier,
and can be found giving surf lessons (usually to other band members)
every time we are playing near the ocean. Fins Up!
